DESIGN

We offer a great variety of shapes, sizes and glazes within our line. Working with someone familiar with our line will facilitate the design process. After looking at the website, you can bring your ideas to a showroom that carries our line, or contact Peace Valley Tile directly to work on the design with us. We frequently work with architects, designers and customers both in person and via phone and fax. After discussing initial possibilities, you may retain Will Mead, designer and owner of Peace Valley Tile to formalize and draw up the design. Our aim is to create a design that works within our line to arrive at a finished design unique to your space and home.

PRODUCTION

All tiles are made specifically made to order and are made by hand. We aim to deliver all orders in 6-8 weeks. Custom and large orders can be 8-12 weeks. If you are ordering a few tiles as samples prior to placing an order, they ship in approximately 2 weeks. Lead time is not guaranteed, please inquire at the time you place your order.

Orders can be placed with your showroom or directly with Peace Valley Tile. A non-refundable 50% deposit is due with your order, and will put your order into production. The remaining 50% (plus shipping, if applicable) is due on receipt of your order.

INSTALLATION

We are happy to refer you to skilled installation specialists within Bucks County, PA. Around the country, your showroom may also be able to help you find experienced tile installers. Installation should follow industry guidelines, which can be found in the Tile Council of America publication Handbook of Ceramic Tile Installation. Should your installer have any questions, they are welcome to contact us directly.

On the occasion of complicated custom project, we are sometimes available to do the installation. Please contact us directly to inquire.

THE FINE PRINT

As all Peace Valley Tile is made to order, specifically for each project, returns are
not accepted unless tile is defective or damaged in shipping. Cancellations are
not accepted on custom orders. In addition, as Peace Valley Tile has no control over the installation process, maintenance, or usage, we can accept no liability once the tile has been installed. We assume no obligation beyond the purchase price of products supplied by Peace Valley Tile and assume no liability for damages of any kind.
